Rules do the first pass
Distance bands from the terminal, polygons you draw by hand, or ZIP and city lists. Preview the result, look at the conflicts, then commit - or skip rules entirely and do it by hand.
Every version, restorable
A file is saved automatically each time you leave it, plus any checkpoint you name yourself. Rezoned the wrong half of the city? Roll the whole file back and carry on.

Download CSV or XLSX with the exact headers, in the exact order, from the file you uploaded - zones filled in. Nothing to reformat before you send it on.
Two views, one selection
You don't have to give up the spreadsheet.
The table slides out beside the map with your file in it - your columns, your header names, in the order you uploaded them. Every cell is editable, including the zone.
The difference is that the two views share one selection. Tick rows and those pins light up on the map. Drag a box around a district and the table scrolls straight to them with the boxes already checked. Tick Selected and the grid narrows to exactly the hotels you just lassoed - a spreadsheet of one neighbourhood, made by pointing at it.
